My Teaching Mission - My passion is to teach drummers the essential and complete skills to become well-rounded and competent to perform at the highest level they desire. My teaching is student-centered, focused on results, and enjoyment of the learning process. My lesson plans are  flexible if needed, and are adaptive to meet individual student needs & learning styles. Student-teacher communications are focused upon appropriate and effective rapport building skills that are considerate of all ages and backgrounds. My goal for each drum student is to provide the highest quality lessons for beginners through advanced level students.

   Practices and Philosophy - Instruction materials range from modern drum method books, to time tested drum classics. I utilize a variety of interactive multi-media tools incorporating playing along tracks to exercises & music, and many web based learning resources as well.

            Individual student progress is evaluated regularly, and given appropriate feedback to help guide the student to greater personal achievement and satisfaction.

            To reach the highest levels of skill and ability, it will always take the ongoing commitment of time and discipline to regular study to improve and develop as a drummer and musician.
